UNITED IN MARRIAGE AT PARIS MONDAY

Miss Lola Elizabeth Dalzell, 18, of Brocton, and Mr. Joseph Ormal Arney, 21, of Fort Wayne, Ind., were united in marriage at Paris, Monday afternoon.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dalzell, who lives northwest of Brocton and is a popular young lady of this community.
The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Mart Arney of near Brocton and taught school in this community after graduating from the Oakland High school but the past year has been employed in a bank at Fort Wayne, Ind., where the young people will make their home--- Brocton Review

PROMINENT YOUNG PEOPLE WED SATURDAY

George D. Coffey of near Oakland and Miss Josephine Gladys Green from near Hindsboro were married at 3 o’clock Saturday afternoon by the Rev. A. L. Caseley of the Methodist church at Tuscola at the home of the minister. The couple went to Tuscola unattended and the ceremony was witnessed by Donald Caseley, son of the officiating minister and Mrs. Charlotte Wood, sister of Mr. Caseley, who is his guest.
The young people are both from prominent families of farming people of their respective communities. Mr. Coffey is the son of W.W. Coffey, they being one of the old families of the Oakland vicinity. Mrs. Green is the daughter of E. Walter Green representative in the state legislature from this district.
